Below, you can find a description and information about each of the classes that Zenith CPR Center offers. Most courses can either be taken as a bundle such as our Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED class or can be subdivided depending on your needs.
These courses are generally aimed for the general public and professions that do not explicitly involve the health care system.
This friendly, hands on class will get you ready to provide life saving aid in emergency situations. From AED pad placement to number of compressions, participants will learn the basics of giving CPR and using and AED.
Many emergency situations happen unexpectedly. This course is geared toward understanding and practical uses of first aid training when the need arises. Some of the highlighted topics are diabetes, bleeding emergencies, and how to care for broken bones and injuries.
The Bloodborne Pathogens class target individuals who may be exposed to blood or other bodily fluids on a routine basis. These individuals may include police officers, medical technicians, or even your local mechanic. This course also follows complies with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines.
Tweens and teens are encouraged to take this babysitting course if they plan on helping or caring for infants and toddlers. They will go over some of the basic skills of feeding, cleaning, and safety of babysitting. Participants will also get an understanding of care if an infant or toddler goes into a medical emergency.
Many of our classes are often taught as a bundle for the convenience of our clients. Many daycare professionals need a combination of CPR and First Aid courses while some fitness instructors only need Adult CPR and AED only. We tried to accommodate our clients as best we can.
These courses are often aimed for those individuals who need a certificate that pertains to a specific healthcare career such as and EMT, LNAs, pharmacists, and other medical professionals.
The basic life support class came to existence to help bridge the gap between the lay responder and high-level EMT and paramedic classes. Nurses, EMTs, and pharmacists will often need this course either as a prerequisite for their professional licenses or facilitate their career path. This in depth class focuses on teamwork, communicate, and problem solving during stressful emergency situations. You will also become proficient at high quality CPR and AED usage.

Instructor courses offer individuals the opportunity to become CPR instructors. They will provide you with the knowledge and training on how to effectively teach CPR classes, control classroom environments, and to make an impact in your communities.
